1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Global Solo website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Global Solo is a structural risk diagnostic platform providing:

• Free Risk Check — 7-question screening showing risk signal existence
• META Diagnostic — $99 for complete structural risk analysis across all 4 dimensions
• Judgment & Stress Test — $349 for priority ranking, Decision Brief, and irreversibility analysis
• Membership — annual subscription for premium knowledge base content, templates, and tools
• Expert Referral Marketplace — connections to independent third-party professionals

Diagnostic reports provide structural visibility only. They do not constitute advice, recommendations, or professional services. The reports describe patterns and characteristics based on your inputs — they do not tell you what to do. The expert referral marketplace facilitates connections with independent professionals but does not itself provide professional services.

3. Paid Services and Refund Policy

3.1 Pricing

Global Solo offers the following service tiers:

• META Diagnostic: $99 (one-time payment)
• Judgment & Stress Test: $349 (one-time payment)
• Deep Diagnostic: Custom pricing (requires completed report, contact for inquiry)
• Membership: $99/year (standard) — access to premium knowledge base, templates, comparison tools, and member benefits

Upgrade pricing: Users with a META Diagnostic may upgrade to the Judgment & Stress Test ($349).

3.4 Expert Referral Marketplace

Global Solo operates a marketplace connecting users with independent third-party professionals. By using the expert referral marketplace, you acknowledge:

• No professional relationship with Global Solo: Global Solo facilitates introductions only. Any engagement with a referred professional creates a direct relationship between you and that professional, governed by their own terms and agreements.
• Referral compensation: Global Solo may receive referral fees or commissions from listed professionals when users engage their services. This compensation does not increase your cost and does not influence diagnostic report outputs.
• No vetting guarantee: While we may review professional credentials, listing in the marketplace does not constitute certification, endorsement, or guarantee of quality. You are responsible for evaluating and selecting professionals suitable for your needs.
• Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from professional services are between you and the professional. Global Solo is not liable for the quality, accuracy, timeliness, or outcomes of any professional services obtained through the marketplace.

3.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.

3.3 No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. No refunds are provided.

Because our reports are generated immediately upon payment and deliver value instantly, we do not offer refunds for any purchased services. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Service Content

All content on Global Solo, including text, graphics, logos, images, and digital materials, is the property of Global Solo or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

4.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

4.3 Your Reports

Reports generated for you are for your personal use. You may share your reports with your professional advisors (lawyers, accountants, financial advisors) but may not redistribute, resell, or publish them commercially.

4.4 Restrictions

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display Service content without permission
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service

4.5 Trademarks

Global Solo™ and META Framework™ are trademarks of Aetheris Global, LLC. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Provide false or misleading information in the questionnaire
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers:

• Stripe — Payment processing
• Vercel — Hosting infrastructure
• Supabase — Database services
• OpenAI / Anthropic — AI processing for report generation

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or performance.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of non-infringement
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of content

9. Limitation of Liability
