I built this because the tool I needed didn't exist.
I'm Jett Fu. I've spent over two decades building businesses that cross borders — a consumer brand with manufacturing in China and distribution across the US, Europe, and Asia, and now an AI diagnostic tool and new ventures in Latin America.
Along the way, I've set up entities in multiple countries, dealt with tax obligations I didn't know I had, and learned more about international compliance than I ever planned to. Most of that learning happened the hard way.
A few years ago, I realized something: the hardest part of cross-border business isn't the product or the market. It's the structural side — entities, tax exposure, reporting obligations, banking. The stuff that quietly gets complicated while you're focused on growth.
Every year, I'd sit down with my tax advisor and spend the first three hours just reconstructing the picture — where my entities are, how income flows between them, which jurisdictions I have obligations in. Three hours at $400/hour before anyone gives me a single piece of advice.
I looked for a tool that could map this structural picture automatically. It didn't exist. So I built one.

First cross-border venture
Started a consumer brand with manufacturing in China and distribution across the US, Europe, and Asia. First exposure to entity-formation across multiple jurisdictions.
2015
Hong Kong base established
Moved operations to Hong Kong as the headquarters jurisdiction. Began running cross-border business structures across the United States, Hong Kong, and mainland China simultaneously.
2019
First US LLC from outside the US
Set up a US LLC operated entirely from Hong Kong. Encountered every structural friction — non-resident KYC, formation services that assume US residency, US tax filings without US presence, CMRA-vs-virtual-office distinctions.
2026
Global Solo founded
Launched as a vendor-neutral comparison hub plus optional structural diagnostic. Every comparison, country playbook, and tool on the site traces back to the operator experience documented in /about/methodology.
