Not advice. Compliance Calendar surfaces deadlines that exist under federal and state law. It does not interpret how those rules apply to a specific entity, transaction, or person. Each event links to its statutory source — verify before relying on any specific date or fee. For advice, work with a licensed CPA or attorney.

FAQ

Is this tax or legal advice?

No. Compliance Calendar surfaces deadlines from public statutory sources (FinCEN, IRS, state Secretaries of State). It is informational. For interpretation of how a rule applies to your specific facts, consult a licensed practitioner.

What states are covered?

v0.1 covers Delaware, California, New York, Wyoming, and Florida — the five most common states for non-US-resident LLC formation. Additional states are not in scope yet.

How are reminders delivered?

Email only. Reminders fire 30 days, 7 days, and 1 day before each deadline. No SMS, no app, no login required.

How do you maintain accuracy?

Each event in the calendar links to its statutory source URL. An automated agent scans those sources monthly for changes; every diff is human-reviewed before publishing. Anyone can report an error to report-an-error@globalsolo.global.

Will my email be shared or sold?

No. Subscriber list is internal-only. Unsubscribe with one click from any email.

What if I form an LLC in a state not on the list?

You will receive federal reminders (BOI, Form 5472, 1099, W-8BEN) but no state-specific reminders. Pick the closest jurisdiction or wait for an expanded release.
