Key Notes
Northwest Registered Agent
Established RA provider known for privacy-by-default. Uses their own address on public filings. Low-cost formation add-on. US-based phone support sets it apart from discount competitors.
Registered Agents Inc.
Higher sticker ($200/yr) but the only service here that includes annual report filing at no extra cost — against Northwest's $100 + state fees ($15–$500) and Harbor's $199/state, that often makes it the cheaper total. Document scanning is included nationwide and privacy protection is on by default. Two things to check before buying: general mail forwarding is NOT included (Mail Scanning is a $50–100/yr add-on, and only in 13 states), and unlike four of its competitors, RAI publishes nothing about serving non-US-resident owners — ask before you rely on it.
What Real Users Say

Both are pure registered agent services (not formation-first with RA bundled). Northwest $125/yr vs Registered Agents Inc starting around $200/yr. Northwest is cheaper.
