Free Diagnostic — Cross-Border Structural Risk

About the Free Diagnostic

The Free Diagnostic is a conversation-based structural review for founders running a US company — usually a single-member LLC — from outside the US. It maps your setup across four dimensions: Money (how income moves), Entity (what legally exists and where), Tax (which jurisdictions have a claim), and Accountability (what you can document when asked). The result is a structured risk report, free, with no paid tier behind it.

How it works

  1. You describe your setup in plain language — where you live, where the business is registered (if anywhere), and where your customers or income come from.
  2. The system walks through 18 structural signals across the four dimensions, built on the META framework. The question flow is deterministic: the same setup produces the same risk map. AI is used to understand your answers, not to make the judgments.
  3. You get a structured report: severity-mapped findings, what each pattern indicates, and — just as deliberately — which parts of your structure remain unclear.

What it deliberately does not do

The diagnostic is a visibility tool, not an advice engine. It does not tell you what to do, sell you a fix, or substitute for a licensed professional. It surfaces where the structural risk sits, so that a conversation with your CPA or lawyer starts from a map instead of a blank page. When something is unknown, the report says unknown — silence is treated as a signal, not papered over.

Before you start

Built by a founder who has run a US LLC from Hong Kong since 2019. The diagnostic is informational and educational; it is not legal, tax, or financial advice.
